When do I get my deposit back?
The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you immediately after the proper handover of the vehicle — that is, once it's returned in the agreed condition and without any damage.
Can I take the car abroad?
Yes, travelling abroad is possible by prior arrangement. Just let us know your route in advance and we'll set everything up together so you can hit the road worry-free.
What is the excess in case of damage?
The excess is 10% of the amount of damage caused to the vehicle. This gives you clearly defined terms and fair coverage with no hidden fees.
Are the listed prices final?
Yes. We believe in transparency — the listed prices are final, with no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, by card, by bank transfer, and in cryptocurrencies. Choose whichever method suits you best.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
We rent to drivers from the age of 18. We believe in responsibility, not unnecessary obstacles.
Do I have to return the car with a full tank?
Yes, the vehicle is returned with the same fuel level it had at handover. A fair and simple rule.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Just contact us before the end of the rental period and we'll arrange everything quickly.
Are the cars clean and ready to go?
Every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and technically inspected before handover. You arrive — you get in — you drive.
Do you inspect the vehicle before handover?
Yes. Before both pickup and return, we inspect and document the vehicle's condition for maximum transparency.
What should I do in case of an accident?
Contact us immediately. We'll guide you through the whole process step by step so everything is handled quickly and without complications.
Where can I pick up the car?
You can pick up the vehicle at an agreed location. We also offer individual car delivery by arrangement.
