A voucher isn't ordered like goods in an e-shop. You build it, send a no-obligation enquiry, and we only issue it once everything is agreed.

Choose an amount from CZK 500 to 200,000, or a specific car with a rental length and daily mileage. For a car voucher, the value can be hidden.

Send your order
All we need is your name, e-mail and phone number. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.

Our sales team gets in touch
A representative walks you through the voucher details and you agree on payment — cash, card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

We issue your voucher
We send the finished voucher as a PDF by e-mail, or hand it over in person in Prague within 3 days. You then arrange the driving date with our sales team.
The voucher can be redeemed in instalments — any unused balance stays available until the end of its validity. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

How redemption works
The voucher pays for your car rental. Here's an overview of what to arrange in advance and what the voucher doesn't cover — so nothing surprises you at pick-up.

Agree the date in advance
You arrange the date with our sales team and we reserve the car for you ahead of time. Pick it up at the agreed location, or we can deliver it to you by arrangement.

Present the voucher at pick-up
When collecting the car, show the voucher or its code — a PDF on your phone is enough. Your reservation will be ready and waiting.

Transferable to another person
The voucher can be redeemed by someone other than the person it was issued for. Just let our sales team know about the change in advance.

Redeem it in instalments
You don't have to use the voucher all at once. Any unused balance stays available until the end of its validity. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Pay only the difference
If the rental costs more than the voucher's value, you only pay the difference. You can pay in cash, by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

What the voucher doesn't include
The refundable deposit, fuel and the damage excess are not included in the voucher. You pay the deposit when collecting the car and it is returned once the car is brought back in proper condition.

How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. You arrange the rental date with our sales team, and the car is reserved in advance.
Which cars can the voucher be used for?
It can be redeemed against any car in the fleet. We issue it either for an amount, or directly for a specific car with a set rental length.
What if the rental costs more or less?
For a more expensive rental, you pay the difference. For a cheaper one, you redeem the voucher in instalments and the balance stays until the end of its validity. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can someone else redeem the voucher?
Yes, the voucher is transferable. Just notify our sales team of the change in advance so we know who is collecting the car.
What isn't included in the voucher?
The voucher doesn't cover the refundable deposit, fuel, or the damage excess, which is 10% of the damage value. The car is returned with the same fuel level.
How does ordering a voucher work?
The order on the website is a no-obligation enquiry. Our sales team gets in touch, you agree on payment, and we issue the voucher.
How is the voucher delivered?
Once paid, we send the voucher as a PDF by e-mail immediately. Personal handover in Prague takes up to 3 days — you choose the option in your order.
Can a company buy a voucher on invoice?
Yes, we issue a company invoice. We handle bulk orders and vouchers with your company logo too. For larger orders we agree a custom price.
