Terms and conditions for vehicle rental by ADDICTESTATE GROUP s.r.o. and DREAMRENTAL ISV s.r.o. The specific parameters of each rental (price, security deposit, deductible, mileage limits) are always set out in the Vehicle Rental Agreement.

1. Introductory Provisions

  • These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between ADDICTESTATE GROUP s.r.o., with its registered office at Kladenská 542/38, Vokovice, 160 00 Praha 6, Company ID (IČO): 19254598, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 383761, and DREAMRENTAL ISV s.r.o., with its registered office at Varšavská 715/36, Vinohrady (Praha 2), 120 00 Praha, Company ID (IČO): 23828544, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 433597 (hereinafter jointly the "Company" or "DREAMRENTAL") and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer" or "Renter") in connection with the rental of motor vehicles.
  • The Company provides operational leasing as well as short-term and long-term rental of luxury, sports, and standard vehicles (hereinafter the "Vehicles"). These Terms form an integral part of the motor vehicle rental agreement concluded between the Company and the Renter.

2. Vehicle Rental Agreement

  • The Vehicle Rental Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is concluded between the Company and the Renter upon signature by both contracting parties. The Agreement specifies the terms of the rental, including the type of Vehicle, the rental price, the amount of the refundable security deposit, and the rental period.
  • The Renter is obliged to provide a copy of both sides of the identity card and driving licence of every person who will drive the Vehicle during the rental. This data is retained solely for the purpose of securing the Renter's obligations in connection with the rental of the Vehicle, in accordance with the GDPR.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Vehicle rental prices are listed exclusive of VAT on the website www.dreamrental.eu. The statutory VAT rate will always be added to the prices. Prices may change depending on the season or on promotions announced in advance.
  • Payment for the rental may be made by bank transfer or in cash. The Renter is obliged to pay the rent in advance for the period for which the Vehicle is rented, unless the Agreement provides otherwise.
  • The Renter is obliged to pay a refundable security deposit in the amount specified in the Agreement. The deposit will be returned after the end of the rental and inspection of the Vehicle, taking into account any damage, outstanding payments, or contractual penalties.
  • Rental invoices are sent to the email address specified in the Agreement according to the agreed schedule.

4. Reservation and Handover of the Vehicle

  • The Renter may reserve a Vehicle for a predetermined fee, or check the availability of a specific Vehicle by phone.
  • The Vehicle may be collected at the Company's premises at Ke Kablu 683/3, 102 00 Praha-Dolní Měcholupy, or, for a fee, delivered to a requested location by arrangement.

5. Insurance and Liability for Damages

  • All Vehicles are covered as standard by third-party liability insurance and collision (comprehensive) insurance with the deductible specified in the Agreement.
  • The Renter is liable for all damage caused to the Vehicle during the rental, including cases where the insurance company refuses to pay out for reasons attributable to the Renter (e.g. driving under the influence of alcohol).
  • If the Vehicle is used for criminal activity or a serious violation of road traffic rules occurs, the Renter's personal data may be disclosed to the competent authorities.

6. Withdrawal from the Agreement

  • The Renter has the right to withdraw from the Agreement under the conditions set out in the Agreement.
  • The Company is entitled to withdraw from the Agreement in the event of a breach of the Renter's contractual obligations, in particular in the event of non-payment of rent, failure to pay the security deposit, a gross violation of the rules for use of the Vehicle, or its use contrary to the purpose of the rental.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  • The Company collects and processes the Renter's personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation.
  • Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of performing the Agreement and is retained for the period necessary to fulfil these purposes.

8. Final Provisions

  • Matters not governed by these Terms are governed by the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and other generally binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
  • Should any provision of these Terms become invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. The contracting parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a new provision that most closely corresponds in meaning and purpose to the original.
  • These terms and conditions are valid and effective as of 8 January 2026.
